Antonio Miguel T. Palpal-Latoc is the Founding Lawyer of Palpal-Latoc Law Office, a full-service law office based in Las Piñas City. He passed the 2025 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar on February 6, 2026.

His practice spans litigation, corporate and special projects, intellectual property, data privacy, labor and employment, election law, real estate, estate and succession planning, transportation law, and family law. Prior to establishing his practice, Antonio gained experience in litigation and legal support, including his internship at the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, where he was exposed to court processes and proceedings. He has also handled contract review and analysis for international clients, as well as corporate and administrative matters.

During law school, Antonio demonstrated leadership and a commitment to public service. He served as President of the Law Student Government and Secretary-General of the Legal Aid Clinic of the University of the East College of Law, where he participated in providing legal assistance to underserved communities.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the East and holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University, where he was an academic scholar. He received recognition in the field of intellectual property, including being named Champion in the IPOPHL Intellectual Property Circle League Quiz Bee (2023) and 2nd Runner-Up (2022), and was awarded Best Camper at the IPOPHL Boost Camp (2022). He is also a Registered Medical Technologist.
