Services involving litigation, arbitration, labor disputes, tax controversies, intellectual property registration, major corporate transactions, special projects, complex legal opinions requiring substantial research, and appearances before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, or government offices are not included in the general retainer and shall be subject to separate engagement and billing.
